WORKSHOPS & CLINICS - Black a winner

These can be club based training days, usually held over weekends, as either one or two days. They include both practical and theoretical sessions, which are built specifically for the clubs members requirements.
Learning more about triathlon training and racing, and how to improve
their swim, bike, run, T1, T2 techniques etc. The principle is to compliment
the existing club coaches work, while adding motivation to the membership,
plus attracting new members.
