COACHING PHILOSOPHY - Black's magic

Scientific approach to training

"One size does not fit all". In coaching athletes however, all programmes are based on proven scientific training principles for the development of the physiological, psychological, and technical (skill) training, to improve efficiency and performance, within a balanced lifestyle.

I have always viewed coaching as an educational process. I want the triathlete to understand and know why they are training in such a manner. I am not simply a trainer. This "holistic" (whole athlete) and educational approach has always proven successful with my triathletes, in my career as a coach.
