Bill personally designs each and every athletes training schedule. He provides each athlete with a detailed training programme (covering 3 months - a month at a time), tailored to the individuals specific goals, experience level, time constraints and lifestyle.
Each athletes plan includes their specific daily workouts over 4 weeks, with the 4th week used as a test and recovery week.
Frequent athlete/coach communication is essential and encouraged (athlete initiated) through e-mail or phone. This allows training to be continually fine-tuned and up-to-date, as an interactive programme.
