These run from October - May, and are a series of 6 x 3 hour sessions every four weeks.
Open Water Swim Series
To prepare triathletes for open water racing and enable them to acquire and improve open water skills, and so gain in experience and confidence - in a safe controlled environment.
Drills and exercises to simulate race conditions and situations will be used, with full water cover for safety in place.
The course is open for all abilities, Novice - Intermediate - Experienced triathletes.
